摘要
国际标准《ISO4124液态烃动态测量》运用统计控制的原理实现计量站配套仪表的动态监测计量。计量站配置的计量仪表都是周期运行检定的。从大量的检定数据中找出体积管或某台流量计的性能误差统计规律,建立数据库,从两个方面实施对计量仪表的动态监测。一是对新的测量数据通过与已建立的文档比较分析,对此次检定结果的真伪给出结论和影响因素的判断;二是对动态运行的计量仪表,综合分析各台仪表的统计规律曲线,针对计量钻采油总量,科学合理地分配给每台仪表计量,使动态计量的综合误差最小。
《ISO 4124 Liquid Hydrocarbon Dynamic Measurement 》 puts forward using statistical principle to realize complete set instrument dynamic monitor measurement in metering stations. The measurement instrument disposed in metering stations are varified periodlcally, finding out the error statistical regularity of performance of prover or certain flow meter to set up databases fcarrying on dynamic detection to measurement instrument in two aspects: 1. comparing and analysing the data newly measured with those in file to Judge the result; 2.analyzing the statistical regularity curves for each instrument cornprehensively, then according to the total quantity of oil coming from metering station distributing the error to every set of instrument scientifically and reasonably to make the resultant error minimum.
