4B酸的合成

SYNTHESIS OF p-TOLUDINE-o-SULFONIC ACID

研究了利用液相烘焙磺化法在有机溶剂混合二氯苯中将对甲基苯胺进行磺化 ,合成 4 B酸 ,找到了合成4 B酸的一条较先进的工艺路线及其最佳工艺条件。在此条件下 ,4 B酸的产率在 90 %左右 ,产品纯度在 98%以上。

In this paper the synthesis of ptoludineosuffonic acid has been studoed by suffonarion of βtoludine in the presence of organic solventdichlorebenzene. An advanced process and its best reaction conditions have been discovered, under these conditions the yield of the product is about 90% and its purity is above 98%.
