益肺止咳胶囊辅助治疗复治肺结核近期疗效观察

Observation of supplementary treatment effect of Yifeizhike capsule in treating re-treatment pulmonary tuberculosis patients

目的观察益肺止咳胶囊辅助治疗复治肺结核的近期疗效。方法将2001年1月至2004年6月住院管理的复治涂阳肺结核病人278人随机分为治疗组(140例)和对照组(138例)。治疗组在抗结核化疗基础上加用益肺止咳胶囊治疗6个月,对照组仅用抗结核化疗。2组抗结核化疗方案相同。结果6个月末痰菌阴转率,治疗组82.8%(116/140),对照组63.0%(87/138)(P<0.01);X线胸片病灶吸收好转率,治疗组88.6%(124/140),对照组71.0%(98/138)(P<0.01);空洞闭合率治疗组70.8%(68/96)和53.9%(49/91),(P<0.05)。两组观察期无明显不良反应。结论益肺止咳胶囊辅助治疗复治肺结核有效,无明显不良反应,可考虑临床应用。

Objective To observe the supplementary treatment effect of Yifeizhike capsule in treating retreatment pulmonary tuberculosis （TB） patients. Methods Two hundred and Seventy-eight re-treatment TB patients hospitalized from January 2001 to June 2004 were randomly divided into therapy group （140 cases） and control group （138 cases）. The therapy group received chemical therapy and Yifeizhike capsule for 6months, while control group received chemical therapy only. The two groups received the same chemotherapy. Results At the end of 6 months, the sputum conversion rate was 82,8% （116/140） in therapy group and 63.0% （87/ 138） in control group （P 〈 0.01）; focus absorption rate in the chext X-ray film was 88.6% （124/140） in therapy group and 71.0% （98/138） in control group （P 〈 0.01）; the cavity close rate 70.8% （68/96） in therapy group and 53.9% （49/91） in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no obvious side effect in the two groups. Conclusion The supplementary treatment effect of ~ifeizhike capsule is effective in treating re-treat- ment TB patients as a supplementary treatment, meanwhile there is no obvious side effect, The drug can be considered to be used in clinical practice.
