腧穴热敏化及其临床意义

Acupoint Heat-Sensitization and Its Clinical Significance

探讨临床腧穴热敏化现象,阐述腧穴热敏化的特征及其与临床疗效的关系,提出了腧穴敏化的概念。认为人体腧穴存在静息态与敏化态两种状态,人体在疾病状态下,体表腧穴可能发生敏化,敏化态的腧穴对外界相关刺激呈现“小刺激大反应”;腧穴热敏化是腧穴敏化的一种类型,“热”敏化腧穴的最佳刺激为艾灸热刺激,疗效优于常规静息态腧穴的针灸疗法;艾灸热敏化腧穴极易激发感传,表明灸法仍然是气至而有效。

The authors described clinical acupoint heat-sensitization phenomena,expounded relationship between characteristics of acupoint heat-sensitization and clinical effects of moxibustion therapy,and put forward the concept of acupoint sensitization. It is considered that human acupoints exit at two states ,a resting state and a sensitization state. When human body is at disease state, acupoints on the body surface might be sensitized ,and the sensitized acupoints show ＂great response to small stimulation＂ by ex ternal correlative stimulation ;Acupoint heat-sensitization is a type of acupoint sensitization,and the best stimulation of ＂heat＂-sensitized acupoint is heat stimulation of moxibustion. Therapeutic effect of stimulation at heat-sensitized acupoint is better than acupuncture at the acupoint at resting state. Moxibustion at heat-sensitized acupoints can easily trigger needling sensation propagating along the channel,indicating that arrival of qi produces effectiveness of moxibustion.
