摘要
根据杆件弯曲变形的力学理论,结合实际工程问题,分析了某吊环的力学特性,并利用有限元分析软件对吊环进行了建模与计算。计算结果表明,用有限元分析软件解决工程实际问题是可行的。而后对吊环进行了重新设计,重新设计后的仿真结果显示,重新设计后的吊环的抗变形能力比新设计前的吊环有了显著的改善。应用该方法可对类似的构件变形问题提供参考。
Based on mechanics theory of bending distortion, the mechanics characteristic of hoisting ring was analyzed combined with engineering problem and it was calculated with FEM software, The result indicates that solving engineering problem with FEM software is feasible, Through optimizing design, the simulation result shows that there are more notable improvements on resist distortion than before, This method can offer reference for similar problem,
