摘要
以三元件液力变矩器为研究对象,基于ADVISOR软件建立了液力变矩器仿真子模块,并与ADVISOR软件中的发动机子模块组装成与其共同工作的仿真模块,提供了模块实现方法,给出仿真实例,得到发动机与液力变矩器共同工作时的输出特性。仿真结果表明,所建立的液力变矩器仿真子模块可用于后续的动力传动系统建模仿真。
Focused on realizing the virtual prototyping of powertrain system modeling and simulation, by the use of a diesel engine and a torque converter, a model of engine, torque converter was set up based on ADVISOR software, and then assembled into a virtual prototype for coordinated work simulation. With the simulation script, a simulation was performed and got the output character of engine and torque converter working together. The results validated the virtual prototype; used to further integrated simulation of whole powertrain systems.
