基于频率响应法的厂级控制系统结构分析与仿真

摘要 分析了厂级控制系统结构与抗干扰性的关系,提出了一种基于频率响应法的厂级控制系统结构选择与设计方法,对系统总体性能给出了定量化解释,该方法便于厂级生产过程的工艺集成设计、控制结构设计和系统优化,提高了系统的整体性能。通过仿真实验分析和比较了3种典型控制方案的性能和基于频率响应方法的可行性。 The relation between the configuration and rejecting disturbance performance of plantwide process control systems (PWCS) was analyzed. The structure selection and design method for PWCS was proposed based on frequency response. The main control performance was quantificationally interpreted. It is convenient for the integrated design of plant flow, plantwide control structure design and process optimization. The whole performance of PWCS is improved. The performance of three kinds of plantwide control schemes and the feasibility of the frequency response-based design method were discussed and compared by means of simulations.
