摘要
针对传统复杂系统研究中整体与个体局部模型分离的问题,使用时空结构法和多Agent建模仿真方法结合对具体复杂系统实例——湖南省公众科学素养社会系统的建模、演化、外部事件刺激进行研究。仿真模拟了维持现状及不同类型、不同作用水平的外部事件刺激下公众科学素养水平发展趋势。获得提高公众科学素养水平的优化对策组合和各种针对性政策建议。
To avoid the disjunction of macro and micro model in traditional complex system research, the hybrid methodology of time/space structure approach and multi-agent modeling and simulation was applied to study modeling, evolvement and exterior stimulations of the social system of public scientific literacy in Hunan, China. Tendencies of public scientific literacy under various exterior stimulation compositions and levels were investigated and using simulation. Optimistic policy options and explicit suggests for promoting the citizens' public scientific literacy were identified for government decision-making.
