摘要 详细分析了针对青霉素发酵过程而开发的Pensim仿真平台,在阐述了其机理模型和内部结构之后,详细探讨了变量及参数设定值的取值范围,并给出了改进后的参考范围。仿真结果表明,经过修正后的Pensim仿真平台更加合理,仿真输出结果有更为明确的物理意义。 A detailed mathematical model of penicillin fermentation process and a simulator named Pensim for this process were discussed. Then a descriptive flow chart and a detailed fundamental structure of Pensim were given. There were no hard restrictions on the input variables and the kinetic parameters in this simulator although ranges of various inputs and parameters were suggested, For this reason, the revisory ranges of various inputs and parameters were proposed after intensive research. The results show that the revised Pensim simulator is more reasonable and its outputs are more physically meaningful .
