摘要
心力衰竭(HF)是一种常见的综合征,虽然近年来它的发病机制和治疗研究已取得了很大进展,但是病死率仍较高。最近的研究提示内皮素、肿瘤坏死因子与HF的发生发展及疾病的预后密切相关。抗内皮素及肿瘤坏死因子的治疗可改善HF患者的血流动力学,缓解患者的症状,为HF治疗提供了新的方向。
Heart failure is a common syndrome with a high mortality, though in recent years＇a rapid progress has been achieved in its mechanism and treatment. Recent research indicates that endothelin and tu mor necrosis factor not only are concernd with formation and development of heart failure, but also have a close corrolation with its prognosis. The treatments of anti- endothelin and anti-tumor necrosis factor can improve blood stream kinetics and alleviate symptom in patients with heart failure. In addition, they give us a new direction for the treatment of heart failure.
