摘要 瘦素及其受体的表达与肿瘤血管的生成和肿瘤生长、转移密切相关,本文综述瘦素及其受体在恶性肿瘤研究中的进展。 The expression of leptin and its receptor has a close relationship with tumor in its angiogenesis, growth and metastasis. This essay summaries research progress of leptin and its receptor in malignant tumor.
