射频导管消融治疗室上性心动过速的现状和进展 被引量:5

摘要 室上性心动过速代表了一系列心律失常,虽多为非致命性,但发生率高,药物治疗后易复发。自1991年我国开展射频导管消融(RFCA)以来,该技术得到了巨大的发展,使众多心律失常患者得到根治。本文就室上性心动过速RFCA治疗的现状及若干进展作一综述。 Supraventricular Tachyarrhythmia consists of a series of arrhythmia with high incident, which is easy to recur after drug treatment although in most cases it is non-fatal.Since 1991 radiofrequency catheter ablation has achieved a grest development, through which many patients with supraventricular tsehyarrhythmia has radical cure. This article reviews the current status and advances of RFCA for Supraventricular Tachyarrhythmia.
