荧光高效液相色谱法测定水果中阿维菌素残留量

Determination of Abamectin Residues in Fruits by High-performance Liquid Chromatography with Fluorescence Detection

建立了水果中阿维菌素残留量的荧光高效液相色谱分析方法。样品以乙腈提取后以C18固相萃取柱净化,以三氟乙酸酐和N-甲基咪唑衍生化后,经C18柱分离,HPLC–FD(Ex:365nm;Em:470nm)测定。以梨为样品进行了方法的验证,在5、20、50ng/g3个不同水平上进行了加标回收实验,回收率在92.45%～96.16%之间,RSD在10%以下;在5～100ng/mL的浓度范围内绘制标准曲线,线性关系良好。

A HPLC method had been developed for the determination of abamectin residue in fruits. Residues were extracted with acetonitrile. The extract was cleaned up on a C18 solid-phase extraction column. Abamectin residue was derivatised with trifluoroacetic anhydride and 1-methylimidazole and determined by reversed-phase liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection （excitation： 365 nm and emission： 470 nm）. This method was validated by analysing pears. High and consistent recoveries, ranging from 92.45% to 96.16%, were obtained, at spiking levels of 5, 20 and 50 ng/g, and good linearity was obtained between 5 to 100 ng/mL.
