摘要
冰箱侧帮厚度由0.5mm更改为0.45mm,是新飞公司降成本项目之一,侧帮出现盘管折印是困扰此项目顺利实施的主要问题之一。本文结合有限元理论,在国内首次运用大型分析软件ANSYS,对冰箱侧帮冷凝器的制冷工况进行了研究,建立了有限元模型,对侧帮减薄前后的两种类型进行了求解运算,并比较了分析结果,提出了改进意见。
One of reducing raw material cost project in Xinfei Inc. is that refrigerator side-panel thickness is changed from 0.5mm to 0.45mm. Condenser mark on the side-panel is one of the most obvious problem that impedes the project implementation. This paper combines with FEA theory and first time in the country, by using large software ANSYS, to study the refrigerator side panel condenser, to set up FEA model, to calculate two kinds of thickness side panel, and to compare each other the analyses results. At the end, different measures and answer ways are carried out.
