摘要
目的:建立了菊花中18种有机氯农药残留量的气相色谱分析方法。方法:对浓硫酸磺化法实验条件进行了优化。样品以丙酮-石油醚(1:1)超声提取15 min,重复3次,提取液使用含10%水的浓硫酸净化,采用 DB-1701石英毛细管柱分离样品,GC-ECD 测定18种有机氯农药的残留量。结果:此方法3个水平的平均回收率分别为93.2%,93.4%,90.7%,RSD 值为11.0%,7.5%,6.9%。结论:方法快速简便且成本低。
Objective:The capillary gas chromatographic method was introduced for multiresidue analysis of 18 organochlorine pesticides in traditional Chinese medicine Flos Chrysanthemi. Method:The condition of sulphuric acid treatment was optimized. The procedure involves ultrasonic extraction( acetone/petroleum ether( 1 : 1 ) as the extract solvent) ,concentrate sulphufic acid with 10% H2O treatment as clean - up method and determination by GC - ECD. Result:The percentage recoveries were 93.2% ,93.4% ,90. 7% ,and RSD were 11.0% ,7.5% ,6. 9%. Conclusion:The method is easy and low -cost.
