摘要
目的:建立了菊花中18种有机氯农药残留量的气相色谱分析方法。方法:对浓硫酸磺化法实验条件进行了优化。样品以丙酮-石油醚(1:1)超声提取15 min,重复3次,提取液使用含10%水的浓硫酸净化,采用 DB-1701石英毛细管柱分离样品,GC-ECD 测定18种有机氯农药的残留量。结果:此方法3个水平的平均回收率分别为93.2%,93.4%,90.7%,RSD 值为11.0%,7.5%,6.9%。结论:方法快速简便且成本低。
Objective：The capillary gas chromatographic method was introduced for multiresidue analysis of 18 organochlorine pesticides in traditional Chinese medicine Flos Chrysanthemi. Method：The condition of sulphuric acid treatment was optimized. The procedure involves ultrasonic extraction（ acetone/petroleum ether（ 1 ： 1 ） as the extract solvent） ,concentrate sulphufic acid with 10% H2O treatment as clean - up method and determination by GC - ECD. Result：The percentage recoveries were 93.2% ,93.4% ,90. 7% ,and RSD were 11.0% ,7.5% ,6. 9%. Conclusion：The method is easy and low -cost.
