摘要
目的:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定排石颗粒中延胡索乙素的含量。方法:采用 RP-HPLC 法对制剂中主要成分延胡索乙素进行定量分析,Diamonsil^(TM)(钻石)C_(18)色谱柱(5μm,250mm×4.6mm),甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(三乙胺调 pH 至6.0)=57:43为流动相,检测波长280nm。结果:精密度、稳定性良好,延胡索乙素在0.191~1.146μg范围内有较好的线性关系,加样回收率101.26%,RSD 为2.22%。结论:方法简便、准确、可靠、重现性好,可作为排石颗粒中延胡索乙素含量的测定方法。
Objective:To determine the content of tetrahydropalmatine in Paishi granules by RP - HPLC. Methods: The content of tetrahydropalmatine in Paishi grtmules was determined by RP - HPLC. Diamonsil^TM C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) column was used. The mobile phase was methanol -0. 1% H3PO4( pH =6. 0 adjusted by triethylamine) = 57: 43, and UV detection wavelength was at 280 nm. Conclusion: The precision and stability were fine. The calibration curve of tetrahydropalmatine was linear at the range of 0. 191 - 1. 146 μg. The average recovery was 101.26% and RSD was 2. 22%. Results :The method is convenient, accurate ,reliable and good reproducible. It can be used to control the content of tetrahydropalmatine in Paishi granules.
