摘要
目的:建立生脉注射液中人参皂苷 Rb_1、五味子醇甲的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,使用 KromasilC_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),以乙腈-水梯度系统为流动相,流速1.1 mL·min^(-1),检测波长203 nm。结果:人参皂苷 Rb_1线性范围为75.0~750 μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999,n=6),平均回收率为98.5%(n=9);五味子醇甲线性范围为9.0~89.8 μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9998,n=6),平均回收率为98.3%(n=9)。结论:本法操作简便、结果准确,为生脉注射液的质量评价提供了可靠的依据。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of contents of ginsenoside Rb1 and schizandrol A in Shengrnai injection. Method:An RP - HPLC method was developed. A Kromasil C18 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) was used, with the mobile phase of acetonitrile - water by gradient elution, the flow rate was 1.1 mL · min ^-1 and the UV absorbance was monitored at 203 nm. Results:The linear range of ginsenoside Rb1 was 75.0 -750μg · mL^- 1(r =0. 9999 ,n =6) ,the mean recovery was 98.5% (n =9) ;the linear range of sehizandrol A was 9.0 - 89. 8 μg · mL^-1 (r =0. 9998 ,n =6) ,the mean recovery was 98.3% (n =9). Conclusion :The method is proved to be simple and accurate, and can be used as a quantitative analytical method for the preparation.
