对2005年版中国药典(一部)苦参药用部分的商榷

The discussion on"Kushen's medical effective part"adopted in ChP(Vol I)2005 Ed.

目的:进一步阐明具异型维管束的苦参是苦参(Sophora flavescens Ait.)的根茎。方法:从根和根茎的一般组织构造及根茎的形态特征说明苦参地下部分有根茎存在。结论:目前商品苦参是具有异型维管束的根茎和不具异型维管束的根并存,与2005年版中国药典(一部)的记载不同。

Objective：To demonstrate the Kushen with abnormal vascular bundles is the rootstock of Sophoraflavescens Ait. Method：From the characters of the general histology of root and rootstock and the morphologic characters of rootstock clarify the exsistance of the rootstock of Sophora flavescens. Conclusion ： The Kushen now for medical use have two originals：the rootstock with abnormal vascular bundles and the root without that structure. This fact is different from ChP（Vol Ⅰ）2005 Ed.
