To study pharmacodynamics on conjugated estrogens crude drug

目的:观察结合雌激素原料药主要药效学作用,为开发新药提供依据。方法:口服灌胃结合雌激素原料药69～276 μg·kg^(-1),每日1次,连续5 d/3 d,观察幼龄雌性小白鼠阴道开口的时间及子宫重量/切除卵巢小白鼠阴道角化细胞的形成,并与阳性药倍美力片比较。结果:本品可使幼龄雌性小白鼠阴道提早开口,子宫增重;促进切除卵巢小白鼠阴道上皮细胞发生角化,使之出现动情期的改变,具有雌激素的作用。结论:该原料药具有雌激素生物活性的作用。

Objective：To observe pharmacodynamics on conjugated estrogens crude drug and provide evidence for new drug development. Method： Conjugated estrogens crude drug （69 - 276 μg · kg^- 1 ） was administered , once daily for 5 d/3 d. Measure the time of vaginal orifice opening and the uterus weight of immature female mice/ob- serve the formation of vaginal keratinocyte in ovariectomized mice and compared with premarin. Results：This crude drug facilitated vaginal orifice opening and increased uterus weight in the immature female mice. As well as, the crude drug accelerated keratinization of the vaginal epithelial cells of ovarieetomized mice. These facts indicated the conjugated estrogens crude drug possess estrogen bioactivity. Conclusion ：The conjugated estrogens crude drug has an action of estrogenic bioactivity.
