HPLC determination of paeoniflorin in Kangtoufeng capsules

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定抗头风胶囊中芍药苷的含量。方法:色谱柱为岛津 VP-ODS C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相为甲醇-0.025 mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾溶液(用磷酸调节 pH 至3.0)(30:70);检测波长:230 nm;柱温:室温;流速:1.0 mL·min^(-1)。结果:芍药苷的线性范围为16.91～84.45 μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999);平均回收率为102.8%(RSD=1.8%)。结论:本法简便快速,结果准确可靠,可作为该制剂中芍药苷的质量控制方法。

Objective： To establish a method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Kangtoufeng capsules . Method： The chromatographic column of VP - ODS C18 （ 150 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm） was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol - 0. 025 mol. L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate （ adjusted to pH 3. 0 with phosphoric acid） （ 30： 70） and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results：The linear response ranges were： 16. 91 - 84. 45 μg · mL^ -1 （r =0. 9999）. The mean recoveries were 102. 8% （ RSD = 1.8% ）. Conclusion： This method is simple, quick and accurate. This method is suitable for determination of paeoniflorin in Kangtoufeng capsules.
