The Practice of Lead Smelting in Kaldo Furnace

介绍西部矿业引进的卡尔多炉炼铅试生产情况,对试生产出现的各种问题进行了探讨,并用于指导生产,实践证明卡尔多炉炼铅具有原料适应广,设备简单易操作,环保好,生产成本低等优点,为铅冶炼改造中真正意义上技术进步的直接炼铅法。

The trial production of lead smelting in Western Mining using kaldo furnace is introduced, some problems are also discussed during the producing. The results show that kaldo furnace lead smelting process has several advantages as following： suit for complex lead material, simple equipment and easy to operate, better environmental protection and low produce cost.
