摘要
在较大苛性碱浓度范围内进行了铝酸钠溶液种分附聚研究,结果表明:在一定苛性比条件下,细粒子附聚存在最佳苛性碱浓度范围,低于或高于该范围,附聚均将会减弱;运用Sakamoto公式计算,NK大于155 g/L时,只有溶液αK≤1.5时,才有可能发生有效附聚。
The fine particles agglomeration was investigated in the aluminate solution with wide range of caustic sodium concentration. The results show that there exists optimum caustic sodium range, and agglomeration will be weak when the caustic sodium concentration goes beyond the range. When NK is bigger than 155 g/L, the agglomeration does not happen efficiently unless αK is lower than 1.5 calculated by Sakamoto formula.
