摘要 给水处理中的加氯工艺是一个较难控制的环节。考虑到加氯系统的大时滞和系统干扰的特点,采用串级控制结构;针对系统参数变化较大和仪表漂移,采用自校正控制。在对自来水厂加氯系统的实际改造中,通过建立清水池进、出口余氯的动态模型和使用基于自适应的串级控制方案,取得了良好的控制效果。 Adding chlorine process in water treatment is very difficult to control. Considering the characteristics of large time-delay and disturbances of the adding chlorine system, the cascade control configuration is used and the self-correction control is adopted for large variation of the system parameters and the instrument drift. In the practical renovation of the adding chlorine system in waterworks, a good control effect has been obtained by establishing a dynamic model of residual chlorine in the entrance and exit of the clear water basin and applying the adaptive cascade control scheme.
