摘要
建立了采用胶柬毛细管电泳技术同时分离测定水中五种邻苯二甲酸酯环境内分泌干扰物的分析方法,并对实际工业废水中的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和邻苯二甲酸(2-乙基己基)酯进行了同时测定。结果表明,在4~50mg/L的浓度范围内,五种邻苯二甲酸酯化合物的标准曲线线性关系良好,相对标准偏差为0.98%~6.16%;在同时测定实际工业废水中的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和邻苯二甲酸(2-乙基己基)酯时,加标回收率分别为103.8%~106.1%和104.8%~108.5%。
The method of simultaneous separation and determination of phthalate esters in water was established by micelle capillary electrophoresis and was used to simultaneously determine the contents of dinbutyl phthalate and diethylhexyl phthalate in an industrial wastewater. The results show that the linear relationship of standard curve among five kinds of phthalate esters is good in the concentration range of 4 mg/l to 50 mg/l. The RSD of the phthalate esters is within 0.98% to 6.16%. The recoveries of dinbutyl phthalate and diethylhexyl phthalate with standard addition in the industrial wastewater samples are 103.8% to 106.1% and 104.8% to 108.5% respectively.
