菜用枸杞的引种试验与日光温室栽培技术研究 被引量:10

摘要 以广西大叶枸杞为试材,对引入后的生物学特性进行了观察;在繁殖技术方面,比较了一年生和二年生枝条的扦插发芽及生根情况;并用一年生枝条作插条,对扦插后不同覆盖条件下的生根情况、不同部位插条的生根情况及采用不同激素处理后的插条生根情况进行了研究,以探讨枸杞的最适扦插材料和最佳扦插方法;同时,在日光温室条件下对其栽培技术进行了初步探讨。试验结果表明:二年生枝条比一年生枝条生根快,根条数多;扦插后采用地膜覆盖比遮阳网覆盖及不覆盖的生根数量略多,但根长度差异不大;在不同枝条部位的比较中,以中部的插条生根最快、根条数最多;分别用100mg/L、200mg/L、300mg/L的NAA(萘乙酸)和IBA(吲哚丁酸)处理插条,结果以300mg/L的NAA促进生根的效果最好。 The great leaf wolfberry from Guangxi was used to study its biological characters. To take one-year-old and two-year-old branch of great leaf wolfberry from Guangxi as material for cutting propagation, we had observed the condition of take root of cuttings; and compared the condition of take root of one years old cuttings under different cover material and different port of cuttings and different hormone. Meanwhile we primarily studied cultivation techniques in the sunlight hothouse. The results showed: the two-year-old branch struck root faster and the number of root was more than one-year-old branch. The cuttings struck more roots when it was covered by plastic film than covered by sunshading net and constrast; the cuttings of middle port struck root fast and the number of root was the most among primary port and middle port and top port of abranch;the number of root of the cuttings that were treated with were the most among NAA100mg/L and NAA200mg/L and NAA300mg/L and IBA100mg/L and IBA200mg/L and IBA300mg/L.
