旅馆业主对“在客房内摆设安全套”的态度分析

An analysis of attitude towards the offer of condoms in guest rooms among hotel owners

目的了解旅馆业主对“在客房内摆设安全套”的态度,推动旅馆行业推广安全套工作的落实,切实预防艾滋病经性接触途径传播。方法采用自行设计的《旅馆业主对“在客房内摆设安全套”的态度》调查表,对余姚市城区所有登记在册的旅馆业业主146人(实际应答142人)进行调查。运用SPSS12.0统计软件包进行统计分析。结果本次调查有71.13%的旅馆业主不赞成在旅馆客房内摆设安全套,仅28.87%的业主表示赞成。不同文化程度、不同旅馆规模的业主对“在客房内摆设安全套”的态度差异有显著统计学意义。旅馆业主不赞成的主要原因中,居首位的是“公安部门要查处”,占54.46%;其次是“品质单一,不能满足个性喜好”,占29.70%。结论调查表明,要积极宣传和引导旅馆业主落实推广安全套工作,解决其内心顾忌,进而为卖淫嫖娼人员提供实施保护性性行为的环境和条件。

Objective To find out hotel owners＇ attitude towards the offer of condoms in guest rooms and urge the hotel industry to implement a condom promotion program for the prevention of AIDS spread by .sexual transmission. Methods A total of 146 owners of registered hotels in the Yuyao urban district were surveyed by adopting structured questionnaires（142 of them made respondses） and SPSS 12.0 statistics software was used to analyze collected data Results Of the surveyed owners 71.13% were against the offer of condoms in guest rooms and only 28.87% of them were for such arrangement. There was significant difference in the attitude among the hotel owners with various levels of education and different hotel size. Among the reasons why they were againat the offer of condom in hotels,the police＇s inspection was the most important one（54.46 % ）. The second reason was that the condoms could not satisfy customers＇ individual sex desire because of poor quality（29.70% ）, Conclusion Education and publicity should be strengthened among hotel owners to urge them to eliminate their concerns and to implement the condom promotion program in an active way so that a safe environment may be created for hotel customers.
