安阳市2000～2005年HIV/AIDS监测情况分析

An analysis of epidemic situation and trend of HIV/AIDS in 2000～2005 in Anyang city of Henan province

目的了解安阳市艾滋病病毒/艾滋病(HIV/AIDS)流行情况,为指导艾滋病防治提供科学依据。方法汇总分析安阳市2000～2005年间的各类监测数据和流行病学调查资料。结果共监测各类人群73086人,检出艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体阳性98例,阳性率0.13%,其中HIV感染者50例,AIDS患者48例,至2005年底死亡31例。54.08%为经血传播,27.55%为性传播,母婴传播占3.06%。结论安阳市现阶段虽然处于低感染阶段,但已进入快速增长期,在规范采供血(浆)行为后,打击静脉吸毒(特别是共用注射器)仍将是今后控制HIV传播的重点之一。应加大对HIV经家庭内性传播和母婴传播的干预,开展广泛的宣传,提高公民(特别是农民)的自我防护意识。

Objective To collect and analyse AIDS surveillance data in 2000- 2005 and provide scientific basis for AIDS prevention and control in Anyang city. Method All kinds of surveillance data and data of epidemiological investigation in the whole city in 2000-2005 were collected and analyzed. Result A total of 73,086 samples from different population groups were monitored and 98 cases of anti-HIV positive were identified, with a positive rate of 0.13 %, of whom 50 cases were HIV infected persons,and 48 were AIDS patients. Up to 2005, 31 cases had died. The main route of transmission was via blood, accounting for 54.08 % ; next was the sexual transmission, accounting for 27.55 %. The mother to child transmission accounted for 3.06 %, Conclusion At present Anyang city is at a low infection stage, but it has entered a fast rising period. Blood transmission is the main route. After regulating blood donation, it will be important to fight against drug injection, particularly injection equipment sharing, for the control of spread of HIV. At the same time, interventions for AIDS transmission by sex and child to mother routes will be emphasized, and AIDS related education and information be enhanced to raise citizens＇ self protection awareness.
