摘要 通过企业绩效函数对影响企业绩效的因素进行研究,在契约关系既定条件下,从供需两方面对起决定性作用的企业家能力与企业绩效关系进行微观层面的探讨,得出企业绩效受到企业家能力、企业家生产性努力、企业拥有资源、行业状况以及外界环境因素的重要影响。企业家生产性努力、企业拥有资源、行业状况以及外界环境因素与企业绩效成正相关关系,并通过作用于企业家能力带给企业绩效,同时也制约着企业家才能的发挥。 This paper presents a research of the factors that affect enterprise performance by the function of enterprise performance. Based on established indenting, the author diseusses the relationship between entrepreneur's competence which has a decisive effect and enterprise performance from the point view of demand and supply, and comes to a conclusion that enterprise performance is considerably influenced by those factors of entrepreneur's ability, producing effort, resources, industrial situation and environment. Producing effort, resources, industrial situation and environment, each of those factors has a positive relationship with the enterprise performance, and the four modifying factors bring enterprise performance by acting on entrepreneurship.
