摘要
运用随机前沿分析模型,实证研究了我国技术效率省际差异影响因素。结果表明,我国各省技术效率呈现出稳步增长的趋势,但省际技术效率差距较大。非国有经济发展程度、外商直接投资(FDI)、进出口贸易总额以及地理位置都会对省际技术效率有着显著的影响。其中,非国有经济占整个经济比重每增加1%,技术效率将增加0.4636%;外商直接投资占GDP比重每增加1%,技术效率将增加3.4624%;进出口贸易总额占GDP比重每增加1%,技术效率将增加4.6549%;另外,在其他条件相同的情况下,东部地区技术效率要高于中、西部地区。
In this paper, stochastic frontiers analysis is used to make empirical study on the influential factors of technical efficiency difference among provinces of China. We find that the technical efficiency of every province gets steady increasing, but the gaps among provinces are wide. The development degree of the non state-owned economy, the foreign direct investment (FDI), the amount of imports and exports, and the region all influence the technical efficiency. When the percentage of non state-owned economy to the total economy increases by 1%, the technical efficiency will increase by 0,463 6%. When the percentage of FDI to GDP increases by 1%, the technical efficiency will increase by 3.462 4%. When the amount of imports and exports increases by 1%, the technical efficiency will increase by 4.654 9%. Under the situation of other conditions being equal, the technical efficiency of the eastern region is higher than that of the middle and western region of China.
