中药醒脑健神丹等复方治疗出血性中风病的临床研究

A Clinical Study on Prescriptious of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Haemorrhage

醒脑健神丹、清开灵注射液、中风脑得平是治疗脑溢血急性期的复方，本研究将８０例脑溢血患者随机分为复方治疗组（６０例），和西药对照组（２０例）进行对照治疗观察。结果：复方治疗组显效率６０％，有效率８６６７％；对照组显效率３０％，有效率４５％，复方治疗组的疗效与西药对照组比较有显著性差异，Ｐ＜００５，Ｐ＜０００５。另外复方治疗组治疗前后血肿吸收经ＣＴ检查也有不同程度的改善。

Eighty patients with cerebral haemorrhage were randomly allocated to a group (60 cases)treated by prescrip-tions of TCM and a group (20 cases) by western medicine as control.The result showed that the markedly effective rate in TCMprescription group was 60% and that of westem medicine group was 30% (P<0. 05);and the effective rate was 86.67% and45% respectively,P<0.005.Furthermore,CT examination also showed that the hematoma was absothed in a certain degreeafter treated by TCM prescriptions.
