摘要 20世纪90年代以来,“专业学习共同体”这一概念才逐渐形成,专业学习共同体的研究是通过对诸学者就专业学习共同体的讨论与分析,来探索专业学习共同体的特征与度向。在此基础上,从国家课程发展和校本课程发展两个层面,分析课程发展与专业学习共同体之间的关系,指出课程发展为学校建构专业学习共同体提供挑战与资源支持,专业学习共同体的建立又为教师参与课程发展提供专业分享平台,让教师与新课程共同成长。
