摘要 教师专业发展不仅是社会发展对教师的期待,是教师自身成长的内在需要,而且是学生发展的榜样.是学生学习的活教材。为了满足社会的愿望和课程改革的需要.教师必须彻底更新观念,全面拓宽职业领域,及时实现角色转换。教师专业发展过程实质上构成了一门隐性课程。对学生产生着潜移默化的影响。教师的专业发展过程具有示范作用,专业发展观念具有渗透作用,教师与学生的发展具有互动效应。 Teachers' professional development is not only the expectation of social progress on teachers and the intrinsic need of their own development , but also an example for students' development and a live textbook for students . To meet the expectation of the society and the need of the curriculum reform, teachers must foundmentaly change their educational philosophy, fully expand their professional fields and change their roles in time. In fact, teachers' professional development has become a hidden curriculum, which exerts a subtle influence on students. The process of teachers' professional development plays an exemplary role, the ideas of it are osmotic, and teachers' and students' development has interactive effects.
