Teachers＇ professional development is not only the expectation of social progress on teachers and the intrinsic need of their own development , but also an example for students＇ development and a live textbook for students . To meet the expectation of the society and the need of the curriculum reform, teachers must foundmentaly change their educational philosophy, fully expand their professional fields and change their roles in time. In fact, teachers＇ professional development has become a hidden curriculum, which exerts a subtle influence on students.
