角结膜炎模型建立及黄精多糖眼药水抗炎药理研究

Pharmacological Study on the Anti-inflammatory Effect of Polygonatum Polysaccharidi Eye Drops

用乙醇建立家兔眼结膜、角膜炎症模型，并选用多种急性、亚急性、免疫性炎症模型，首次观察黄精多糖的抗炎药理。结果：黄精多糖眼药水能消除家兔模型结膜充血、水肿、分泌物增加、角膜混浊、睫状充血等局部表现；能明显抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀、大鼠足跖肿胀；降低大鼠肉芽肿的重量，减少肉芽肿囊内渗出；能显著治疗大鼠免疫性关节炎的原发病灶和继发病变。提示黄精多糖具有良好的抗炎药理作用。

Rabbit models of conjunctivitis and keratitis(including acute,subacute and immune inflammation)wereused to study the anti-inflammatory effect of Polygonaturn Polysaccharidi Eye Drops(PPED).The results showed that PPEDcan reduce eonjunetival congestion,swelling and hypersecretion,keratic opacity and ciliary congestion.It can also inhibit theexperimental auricular swelling in mice,reduce the metatarsal swelling in rats,decrease the weight of granuloma and its exuda-tion,and relieve the primary focus and secondary disorders of immunologic arthritis.It is suggested that PPED has a definiteanti-inflammatory effect.
