云南省边境地区跨国经济犯罪现状及对策

On Current Situation and Strategy of the Cross-border Economic Crimes in the Border Area of Yunnan Province

随着改革开放的不断深入,云南省边境地区与邻国的经济交往日益频繁,经济犯罪问题逐步显现出来。尤其是地下钱庄违法犯罪、烟草制品走私违法犯罪、合同诈骗犯罪问题较为突出。对策:1.完善与境外警方的各项协作制度;2.加强情报信息工作;3.加大经侦队伍培训力度;4.解决经费困难问题等。

With continuing in-depth reform and opening-up of China, the economic contacts between the border areas of Yunnan Province and the neighbouring countries are more frequently taking place and there is an increasing incidence of economic crimes, especially such those outstanding delinquencies and crimes as the underground private banks, illicit trafficking in tobacco products and contract fraud. Strategies ： 1 ） All kinds of collaboration mechanisms with the foreign police counterparts should be consummated ; 2） Intelligence and information works should be enhanced; 3） Trainings of the economic police officers should be strengthened; 4） Financial problems should be solved.
