The special terrain conditions of Yunnan-Guizhou plateau bear unfavourable influences on planning and implementation of police arresting actions. A director should bring his/her initiative into full play and work out the plans carefully. The terrain conditions should be flexibly utilized and tactics are properly used to increase arresting efficiency against the targets, which will result in a final success of the police arrest actions.
