摘要
在探索富有成效的评课方式的实践中,创立了“听课、评议、交流、改进、提高”重在“交流”的“五步曲”评课模式。该模式具备多重信息反馈的操作程序,体现“以人为本”的人文理念,凸显为教师服务的根本宗旨,效果显著。
In the practice of exploring ways of evaluating classes, evaluation model of "lecture attendance, discussion, exchange, improvement, improvement for the better", with emphasis on exchange is established. The model has the operating system with multiple feedback; reflecting "people-oriented" humanistic idea, highlighting the fundamental purpose of serving teachers, it has achieved marked results.
