老年人心绞痛的血液流变学异常

ANGINA PECTORIS AND HEMORHEOLOGIC ABNORMALITIES IN THE AGED MEN

观察老年人心绞痛６５例疾病活动期血液流变学变化与老年人风心病４５例及中年人心绞痛５０例比较。结果显示老年心绞痛患者血液流变学指标１１项明显异常增高，项异常增高率分别与后两组比较差别显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）。各单项指标，老年心绞痛与其它两组对应比较分别有７项和６项老年心绞痛组显著增高（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．００１）。提示血液流变学异常可能与老年心绞痛的发病及某些临床特征有关。

65 cases older patients with angina pectoris were observed the changes of hemorheologic to compared with 45 cases eld patients with chronic rheumatic valvular heart disease,and 50 middle age with angina pectoris.It was shown that 10 indices of hemorheology were markedly higher in the aged angina patients group than the normal value.The ratio of abnormal indices of hemorheology was significantly higher than the other two groups,respectively( P <0 005).Comparing the single hemorheologic index,aged angina patients group had 6 and 7 indices significantly higher than the other two groups respectively.
