摘要
采用原位矿化技术制备羟基磷灰石/高密度聚乙烯(HAP/HDPE)复合材料,并通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射、红外光谱分析等检测手段对HAP/HDPE复合材料显微结构进行系统研究。结果表明,通过原位矿化方法,可直接在HDPE高分子表面诱导生长出纳米HAP晶体,HAP与HDPE之间以化学键形式结合,从而提高了HAP/HDPE复合材料的界面结合强度;原位矿化法制备的HAP/HDPE材料中,HAP颗粒均匀分散在HDPE基体中。通过力学性能检测得知,用原位矿化法制备的HAP/HDPE复合材料比用共混法制备的HAP/HDPE复合材料的力学性能有显著提高。
HAP/HDPE biocomposite was prepared by in situ biornineralization, the structure of HAP/HDPE was investigated by means of SEM, XRD and IR. The results show that : HAP/HDPE biocornposite can be prepared by in situ biomineralization , the HAP particles which provide a greater surface area for bonding with the polymer can directly develop on the surface of the polymer, so the interracial bonding strength is improved, the HAP particles are dispersed in the HDPE polymer equably; the mechanical properties of HAP/HDPE bioeornposlte prepared by in situ biornineralization are higher than that of HAP/HDPE bioeornposite prepared by blending method.
