前一段时间有媒体爆出北京多家超市造假，“育青”、“浦五房”、“天福号”等有着良好声誉、颇受消费者信赖的食品品牌经销人员，居然擅自改变熟食制品保质期，将超过食品保质期的熟食制品“改头换面”，重新摆上柜台，蒙骗消费者。

In recent years, more and more incidents of food safety have taken place in supermarkets, which drastically changed the public opinion on supermarkets. While as for the problem of who should be responsible for the accidents, the retailers and suppliers can＇t come to an agreement. So as for the supermarket, it is hard to take the responsibility of food safety incidents.
