随着中国第三贸易大国地位的逐步确立。面临的贸易摩擦也越来越频繁。表现在贸易摩擦发生频率越来越高、形式多样化、产品结构高级化、摩擦对象国转移等四个方面。必须调整对外贸易战略．不断优化产业结构。提高在国际分工中的地位。
With China＇s becoming the third biggest international trade country, trade frictions between China and foreign countries have occurred frequently, which shows as the following respects, that are, the friction forming is becoming more diversification, and the configuration of goods is becoming much higer-grade, and the objects of friction is changing. Therefore, China should adjust its trading strategies, optimize industry structure, and finally improve its position in international division.
