叶面施硒对大蒜生理特性、含硒量和产量的影响 被引量:8

摘要 采用不同浓度的亚硒酸钠进行大蒜叶面喷施的田间试验。结果表明:硒浓度500 mg/kg时,其超氧化物歧化酶活性最强,且一定的硒浓度可提高大蒜过氧化氢酶的活性;施硒大蒜中全硒、有机硒和无机硒含量提高,且有机硒的转化率与硒浓度增加成正比;全硒、有机硒和无机硒含量在硒浓度1 000 mg/kg时达最高;10 mg/kg的低浓度硒有利于大蒜产量的增加;综合各因素,大蒜叶面积施硒以不超过10 mg/kg为宜。 In this experiment, Se was sprayed on the leaves of garlic to examine the effect of Se on the feature of physioiogy, Se content and yield. The results showed that selenium application increased the activity of SOD and it reach the peak at the concentration treatment of 500 mg/kg, using a special concentration of selenium increased the activity of CAT on the garlic. The foliage application of selenium significantly increased the Se content of all kinds of selenium in garlic . With the increment of application rate of Se, the transformation rate of organic selenium went up. Total selenium, organic selenium and inorganic selenium reach the peak at the highest concentration treatment of 1 000 mg/kg. Low concentration of selenium ( 〈 10 mg/kg) increased the yield of garlic. Comprehensive considering the effects of selenium on garlic, the appropriate application rate of Se should not be more than 10 mg/kg.
