摘要
上海光源工程(SSRF)主体建筑屋盖采用钢结构体系,其造型新颖,呈螺旋状,但多变的造型不仅给结构设计带来难题,也是对钢结构加工、拼装、安装的挑战。为了保证质量、进度、安全、节约造价,研究制定了跨内外节间综合吊装的合理施工方案,成功地完成了钢屋盖的安装。
The steel structure system used for novel helical roof of body building of SSRF not only resulted difficult problem in structural design, but also faced challenges in fabrication, assembly and installation. In order to ensure quality, progress, safety and cost of this project, a reasonable scheme on the construction of complex cross inner and outer joint hoisting was worked out and the steel structured roof was installed successfully.
