摘要 计算机网络技术的不断进步完善促进了现代远程教育的发展。网络学习者的学习质量一直是网络教育理论者和实践者所关注并研究的问题。本文从学习者的心理因素和信息素养、教师的素质、学习环境和教学评价等多个角度,系统、全面地分析了影响网络学习质量的因素,并给出了保证网络学习质量的一些具体措施。 The computer website technology has improved gradually and brought about a great advance in the modern distance education. The learning quality of the e-learners is the problem that the website educational theory worker and the practical worker amused general concern on and made a research in. This essay analyzed the factors of affecting e - learning quality thoroughly in a systematic way and adopted the measure of guaranteeing e - learning from many various angles such as the learner' s psychology factors, the information accomplishment, the teachers' accomplishment, the learning environment, the teaching evaluation and etc..
