摘要
油田的深入开发,使边远单井增多,但其集输系统的不配套,电加热耗电量过大等因素,限制了边远单井的生产效率,为此研制出高效防盗玻璃钢加热储罐;其充分利用从原油中分离出来的天然气,采用燃气热风加热方式;储罐内原油在不拉运时,由于原油自然凝固,不能流动,起到防盗作用,在拉运前只需提前3小时左右加热就可达到60°油温,可节约大量能源,极大降低综合生产成本,避免了环境污染,保护了油田生态平衡;同时根据玻璃钢罐体自身结构设计出一套直读式计量装置,较好地解决了边远井的存储拉油及计量等问题,具有较强的生产实用性。
With the deeper development of the oil fields, the remote single wells increase. But the gathering and trasmission system can't meet the requirements and the electrical heating consumes more power supply, the production efficiency of the remote single wells is restricted. So the high efficient heating FRP storage tanks for theftproof purpose are developed. The FRP oil storage tanks with gas heater are more economic, because they make full use of the natural gas separated from crude oil and use the hot air to heat the tanks. When the crude oil in the tanks is not for transmission purpose, it will congeal, can not flow and achieves the theftproof purpose. It takes only about 3 hours to make the oil in the tank reach the loading - needed temperature(60℃) for transmission purpose. It saves more energy, reduces the general cost, reduces the environment pollution and keeps the ecologic balance of the oil fields. Furthermore, an easy - reading measuring device is designed for the tank according to its body structure and a more precise measurement is achieved. It well solves the problems of the storage, transmission and measurement of the remote single wells and it is more practical.
