尘肺清颗粒防治大鼠实验性矽肺的病理观察 被引量:22

摘要 目的了解尘肺清颗粒对大鼠实验性矽肺的病理形态学影响。方法用超细粉碎的石英粉注入大鼠气管,造成矽肺动物模型。4周后开始给药,20、10、5g/kg,灌胃,每日1次,连续给药12周处死动物,做肺组织常规病理学、羟脯氨酸含量测定和肺干重等检查。并对肺碱性磷酸酶、Ⅰ型和Ⅲ型胶原进行原位定量。结果给药组肺干重、羟脯氨酸含量明显低于模型组;肺病变程度减轻;图像分析显示给药组肺组织内碱性磷酸酶增加;Ⅰ型胶原纤维明显减少。结论尘肺清颗粒可以明显改善大鼠实验性矽肺的组织形态,促进组织修复,改变胶原沉着比例,减轻肺纤维化。 Objective To explore the effects of Chenfeiqing granule on pathological changes of experimental silicosis in rats. Methods The silicosis model was prepared by intratracheal injection of silicon powder. Four weeks later, the rats were administrated daily by garage with Chenfeiqing granule at the dosage of 20, 10, 5 g/kg. After a 12-week administration, HP, CAKP, collage Ⅰ and Ⅲ in lung were tested, and regular lung pathological changes in the silicosis rats were observed. Results Compared with the model group, Chenfeiqing significantly decreased the contents of HP and collage Ⅰ in lung , increased CAKP and collage Ⅲ, and relieved the pathological changes in lungs. Conclusion The results suggested that Chenfeiqing had the protective effects on experimental silicosis in rats. The mechanism may include accelerating damage repairing, changing collagen accumulation and inhibiting pulmonary fibrosis.
