摘要 本系统的基本思想是针对我国现行城市路网结构及交通流的具体特点,基于交通信号区域控制理论展开的。其控制算法模型介于脱机交通信号控制理论。对于城市外围地区平交路口,采用脱机交通信号控制算法模型实现区域信号控制;而对于城市中心地区,选择自适应交通信号控制算法模型实现区域信号控制。交通信号控制模型可采用方案选择式或方案生成式。系统采用三级分布式交通信号控制结构,基于严格的时段划分对城市路网中的信号控制区域及平交路口进行协调控制,以实现整个路网通行能力提高的控制目的。 The basic idea deals with our country nowadays city trffic network structure and trffic flow based on trffic signal area control theory. The control algorithm model is based on offine trffic signal control theory. At its level intersection of city periphery region,the city area trffic signal control is implemented by offline trffic signal control algorithms; The area trffic signal control of road network in city center is implemented by adaptive traffic signal contzol algorithm model. Trffic signal control model may select project select model or project build model. Third class distributing trffic signal control structure is adapted in this system, The city road network signal control area and the level crossing based on strict period of time adopt to corresipond control for city whole traffic road network transit power advance.
