Design and Implementation of a Web Full-text Information Retrieval System Based on Lucene

This paper describes the design and implementation of a Web full-text information retrieval system based on Lucene,gives the system architecture, techniques of each module,intrtoduces the strategy and algorithm of the system. For the enhancement of IR performance, this paper brings forward and implements the re-ranking results by using in-link anchor text combined with llnk analysis. The experiment proves that the algorithm is effective to increase the search precision.
