多因素线性模型在工程价款结算中的应用

Application of Many-factors Linear Model in Engineering Closing

工程造价与普通商品价格不同,其变动受到的影响因素较多,计算过程比较繁琐。文章主要通过对工程造价组成内容的研究分析,针对在建设项目管理过程中存在需要及时结算、快速报价等问题,提出了多因素线性模型的建立方法及应用。

Building cost is different from commodity price, whose fluctuation would be influenced by many factors and the calculation of building cost is thus complicated. Through the research and analysis of the components of building cost, this paper brings out the setup methods of the many-faetors linear model and the application of it in connection with the problems in project management such as the needs of punctual closing and rapid offering etc.
