The Fiscal Purchase Expenditure's Effect on the Growth of Economy in China

财政支出可分为购买性支出和转移性支出两类。由于每一类支出的性质与规模大不相同,其对国民经济的影响自然风格迥异。在我国,财政购买性支出构成了财政总支出的核心部分,从总量上来说,是转移性支出所不能相比的。因此,在探讨我国财政支出对经济增长的拉动作用时,应该重点考察财政购买性支出与经济增长之间的关系。

The fiscal expenditure can be divided into two categories which are purchase expenditure and transfer expenditure. Because of the difference in character and size, these two kinds of expenditure have effects on the economy growth in China in different ways. The fiscal purchase expenditure has been the core part in the fiscal general expenditure in China, therefore, we should pay more attention to the fiscal purchase expenditure when we study the relationship between the fiscal expenditure and the economy growth.
