浅谈埋线加小切口去脂重睑术适应症的选择

Indication Selection of Degrease and Double Eyelid Operation with Buried Suture and Micro incision

目的:探讨采用埋线加小切口去脂法重睑术适应症的选择。方法:通过对98例上睑臃肿预行重睑术的求美者,做埋线加小切口去脂重睑术所积累的临床经验,总结出怎样选择最适合采用此术式的病例特征。详细阐述了从切口设计,操作方法,到注意事项等手术全过程。结果:98例病例中,有2例去脂后上睑仍稍厚,重睑线略浅,其余病例都取得了满意的效果。结论虽然此方法手术操作简单,容易掌握,术后重睑自然,无疤痕,但如果适应症选择不准确,也难收到理想的效果。

AIM： To investigate the indication of double-fold eyelid shape taking operation via combination of buried suture and defatting technique through micro -incision. Methods： 98 cases of patients whose palpebra superiors were fat and clumsy were treated, they were desired to have their eyelids double-folded. Due to the accumulate clinical experiences on blepharoplasty for several years, we summarized the best characteristic cases that suitable for the operation modality, particularlyexplain the design of incisal opening, the method and the cautions during the whole operating process. Results： After double-fold eyelid shape taking operation via combination of buried suture and deftting technique through micro- incision, 2 of the total 98 cases still suffering a clumsy upper eyelid, and the lines of the double-fold eyelid were a bit shallow, while the others got a satisfying therapeutic effect. Conclusion： Although combination of buried suture and defatting technique through micro-incision was simple to manipulate or operate ,easy to control, and the double-fold eyelid was unartificial with no scar, the indication might be very important,and a wrong choice of indication could get an unexpected result.
